in Tollywood, Shruti's Bollywood career
too is looking up, thanks to the rave
reviews her latest film, is receiving. Meanwhile, the unforgiving and
superstitious industry is sure keeping a
close watch at the latest developments.
Jumping on the Shruti Haasan-lucky-
charm-bandwagon is none other than
filmmaker Krish. If latest buzz is to be
taken into account, the filmmaker has
reportedly replaced actor Tamannaah
with Shruti in his Bollywood directorial debut starring Akshay Kumar. The film,
which is a remake of the Telugu movie
Tagore, starring Chiranjeevi, focuses on
the fight against corruption and is being
produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. "Talks
are on between the production house and the actor. The makers are looking for an
alternative to Tamannaah. But nothing
has been confirmed as of now," says a
source close to the production house.
