Spain, Bebo confesses that she had donned a bikini in front of her
mother- in-law Sharmila Tagore, while they went for a holiday in
Maldives.
During a recent interview with a leading
daily, Kareena Kapoor said that her in-
laws treat her like their own daughter. In fact, the actress had also worn a
swimsuit in front of her mom-in-law
Sharmila Tagore. "When I am with the family, I am treated like a daughter.
Sharmilaji treats me like a daughter. We
are not in the 1900s. We don't live like
traditional saas bahus. We just went to
the Maldives for a holiday where I wore a bikini in front of my
mother-in-law. It's normal," Bebo told the daily.
Kareena Kapoor had stunned all by
sporting a bikini in her movie Tashan,
that had also featured Saif Ali Khan in
the leads. In fact, Bebo's maa-in-law
Sharmila was the first Indian actress to
get into a bikini for a magazine cover. This bold step of Tagore created quite a
hullabaloo when the magazine hit the
stand, the matter was even questioned
in the question hour of the parliament.
Hence, it is quite obvious that Sharmila
wouldn't mind at all if her bahurani Bebo sports a bikini in front of her! No
wonder, Kareena is the lucky one!
