Salman Khan in Subhash Ghai's 'Garjan'?

Bollywood hunk Salman Khan is no doubt every director's choice these
days after he has been associated with various blockbuster films like
Dabangg series, Bodyguard etc. Recently, it was reported that
filmmaker Subhash Ghai also expressed his desire to work with Salman
in his upcoming film.

As per reports, Subhash Ghai wants to sign in Salman Khan for his
upcoming film titled Garjan because he feels that Sallu is apt for it
as his films always create a big noise.

Salman Khan has earlier also worked with Ghai in the film Yuvraj.

Recently, Salman is busy shooting his upcoming film Kick and hosting
the most controversial and popular television show Bigg Boss 7.

Zarine Khan replaces Kareena Kapoor

It seems that slowly and gradually Salman Khan's off late discovery
Zareen Khan has established herself in the Hindi film industry. It is
reported that Zareen has recently replaced Kareena Kapoor Khan from a
face cream brand and has become its brand ambassador.

As per reports, Zareen has swapped Kareena's brand ambassador position
as according to re-search done in particular areas Zareen's face
proved to be more popular than of Kareena's.

Zareen with support of Bollywood's famous launch pad Salman Khan made
her Bollywood debut with the film "Veer" opposite him. Later, she also
made a cameo in Salman's film Ready and then also worked in Sajid
Khan's multi starrer comedy flick Housefull 2 opposite Reteish
Deshmukh.

Hrithik Roshan's Krrish 3 To Release Earlier Than Expected

In the recent past, we have been seeing
trailers and songs of the upcoming
Hrithik Roshan movie titled Krrish 3.
After watching the super excited teasers, we know that most of you are
excited to see the movie which was set to release on Diwali, November
4. However, it is now said that the film may release a little earlier
than expected.

Rumours are making rounds that the
much awaited Krrish 3 will hit the
theatres on November 1 itself. Krrish 3
will be a third installment to the Krrish
series. The previous ones are titled as
Koi... Mil Gaya and Krrish.

In Krissh 3, we will see Hrithik in two
roles - Krishna Mehra (Krrish) and Rohit
Mehra and Priyanka Chopra will play the
role of Hrithik's wife Priya Mehra. This
movie also stars Vivek Oberoi and
Kangna Ranaut in prominent roles. The film's plot will begin from where the
previous movie's story ended.

The filming for Krrish 3 which is made by
Rakesh Roshan went on the floors from
December 2011. The release date for this
movie have been fluctuating. Initially it
was expected to release on November 1
but then the makers postponed the date to the 4th of the same month. Now, it
looks like they have brought it back to
the original date. We are still waiting for
a confirmation from the makers on the

Deepika Expresses Desire To Work With Salman

Deepika Padukone is riding high on the
success of her latest movies, which has
assured her of a top place in the film
fraternity with the likes of Kareena
Kapoor , Katrina Kaif etc. Race 2, Yeh
Jawani Hai Deewani and Chennai Express have all crossed the coveted
100 crore mark. With all the success coming her way, Deepika is surely
one of the most
sought after actress in the present. But
the sultry actress herself has someone in
mind who she is keen to work with. He is none other than the superstar Salman
Khan.

Deepika said that she wants to act
opposite Salman Khan but is waiting for
the right script. Deepika also commented
that Salman had offered her a film
before her debut in Om Shanti Om and
she will always remain grateful to Salman for the gesture. But at that time
she felt that she was not ready enough to

Shahrukh Khan throws pool party for 'Happy New Year' crew

All work and no play make Jack a dull boy and it seems that
Bollywood's badshah Shahrukh Khan verymuch believes in it. As per
reports SRK organized a pool party for his entire crew amidst the
hectic shooting schedule of his upcoming film Happy New Year, to enjoy
and relax.

According to reports, "Shahrukh Khan threw a pool bash for the entire
crew of his forthcoming flick Happy New Year, where everyone was seen
enjoying and relaxing and making leisure."

It is also reported that entire team of the film including his
beautiful co- actress Deepika Padukone was also seen enjoying there
and she was so in fun mood that she wasted no time and plunged into
the pool.

Happy New Year is the third film where SRK's best friend Farah Khan
will be directing him. In the film once again Deepika Padukone has
been paired opposite Shahrukh after Om Shanti Om and Chennai Express.

announced to premiere a live concert in the city recently. Titled as

roped in for the concert. However, SRK
claimed that a few other celebrities will
also be a part of it but is yet to reveal
their names.

association with Shahrukh Khan has

Imran and Ranbir is like working with a

always there for me and the production house. There is never a moment that I
can't pick up the phone and ask them if
they can do something for me.'

He quickly adds that none of it is taken
for granted though.

'That would be unreasonable, isn't it,' he
quips, 'See, I only ask them for something when it is really
important. In any case, I am grateful to both these kids for
constantly doing fantastic stuff in my films.'

Sanju Baba To Do SRK's Lungi Dance!

Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt, who is
currently serving his jail term in connection with the the 1993 Bombay
blasts case to perform at ShahRukh Khan and Deepika Padukone starrer
Chennai Express's Lungi Dance in Mumbai.

As per a leading daily, Sanjay
Dutt and his fellow jail inmates will be soon participating in a play for a
fundraiser programme in Mumbai. It is
said that Sanju baba will be shaking his
leg on Shahrukh Khan-Deepika
Padukone's famous track 'Lungi Dance'
from Chennai Express.

Sanjay has been good friends with both
Shahrukh Khan and Salman Khan. In fact,
he also liked the song 'Lungi Dance' from
the latter's recent release. A while ago,
we heard that Dutt had written a letter
to the Chennai Express director Rohit Shetty, "thanking him for supporting him
in his time of need."

Sanjay, who surrendered on May 16 2013,
will serve a three and a half years jail
term (out of his five-year sentence). He
will be released from the prison around
November 2016.

Vishal Bhardwaj's Untitled Project To Star Shahid Kapoor

Vishal Bharadwaj will again be seen
directing Shahid Kapoor post Kaminey in
his upcoming untitled project. The movie
is an adaptation of Shakespear's
"Hamlet" and the shooting will take
place in Kashmir. Vishal Bhardwaj promises that the audience will see a
new and unexplored side of the actor.
The duo had earlier worked in Kaminey
which had turned out to be a huge hit.

In an interview with a leading daily,
Vishal said that he has not watched
Shahid Kapoor's latest movies but he has
been told that most of the movies did not
have the scope for the actor to showcase
his talent. Shahid Kapoor's latest movies have all bombed at the box-office and
not appreciated by the critics as well.
Vishal Bhardwaj hopes that his next
movie will change Shahid's fortune. The
film would be Bhardwaj's final movie in
Shakespeare trilogy after he has successfully adapted Macbeth for
Maqbool and Othello for Omkara.

When asked about the movie, Vishal said
"I cannot divulge information about the
project but it would be full of surprises.
We are going to a cast a fresh face
opposite Shahid and have started
auditioning for other actors as well. The shooting is going to take place in
Kashmir and start by the end of this
year." On being asked that why Vishal
likes to shoot his movies in Kashmir, he
said that Kashmir is a beautiful place
and the local people and administration are very helpful and supportive .

Grand Masti collects 40 Cr on its 1st Weekend

The Vivek Oberoi, Ritesh Deshmukh and Aftab Shivdasani starrer has
done an excellent business at the Indian Box Office in the first
weekend. It has topped domestic collection chart, beating two other
new releases - John Day and Horror Story.

With its promos which soared up the
viewers' curiosity to the sky high, Grand
Masti opened to a thunderous response
with its occupancy ranging between 60%
to 70%+ in the morning and noon shows
on Friday. Some screens were packed to capacity at several centres. The movie
showed escalation in its business in the
later shows. With this, the film became
the fourth biggest opener of 2013 after
Chennai Express, Yeh Jawaani Hai
Deewani and Race 2.

With its business growing considerably,
Grand Masti has collected approximately
Rs 40 crores nett at the Indian Box Office
in the first weekend. Its breakup is Rs
12.50 cr on Fri, Rs 13.50 cr on Sat and Rs
14 cr on Sun. 215.0 million. With the huge success of this adult comedy, it has
become clear that the genre is getting
more and more popular. This film has
beaten the record of previous biggest
opener, an adult comedy Kyaa Super Kool
Hain Hum, which had raked Rs 21.5 crores nett in India in the first weekend.

Shahid paid just Rs. 1.5 lakhs for a film?

While it is heard that young stars take big
fat cheques home with their initial
assignments, such was not the case with
chocolate boy, Shahid Kapoor. The actor
recently revealed that he was paid a
paltry amount for his first film Ishq Vishk on which he managed to survive a few
days.

"This was the time when he was just
trying to find a foothold in the industry,"
informs a source, "He had done a few
commercials and also featured as a
background dancer in Taal. However, he
knew in his heart that he had it in him to be a leading hero. After
giving multiple
auditions and convincing director Ken
Ghosh that he was the right fit for the
film, he bagged Ishq Vishk."

There wasn't much that came his way
from the remuneration perspective
though, something that Shahid can joke
about today after working with the same
production company (TIPS) on Phata
Poster Nikhla Hero.

Says Shahid, "This is the same office
where I would come and wait for hours
together for the payment of my first film.
I was advised to look at opportunities and
not at the money. I used to tell them that
I need the money for my day-to-day living."

He continues revealing "I was paid Rs. 1.5 lakhs for it. That's hardly
any money, but
yes I could survive on it for a few days."

Well, from Rs. 1.5 lakhs to several crores
that he gets for his films today, one can
well say that Shahid has come a long way
in the decade gone by.

Ranveer Singh Follows Deepika Padukone To Dubai!

Leela shooting has finally got over.
Hence, it is quite obvious that the film's
lead cast Ranveer Singh and Deepika
Padukone doesn't get much opportunity
to see each other these days. As we hear, Ranveer is not really able
to cope up with this distance, and has reportedly
followed his alleged ladylove Deepika
Padukone in Dubai, in order to meet her
once.

Believe it or not, there's certainly
something beyond friendship between
Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone,
who reportedly got close to each other
while filming for Bhansali's Ram Leela.
What we get to learn from a leading daily's report, is that Ranveer who was
recently in South Africa, dropped in
Dubai, in order to meet his rumoured
sweetheart Deepika.

Shahrukh and Deepika are currently
shooting for the movie Happy New Year
in Dubai, hence Ranveer thought of
surprising the actress on her movie sets.
This isn't the first time that Singh has
made a surprise visit at Dippy's movie sets. The actor had earlier
paid a visit on
the sets of Chennai Express.

coming clean on their rumoured affair,

Bigg Boss 7 begins

Bigg Boss 7 kick starts at 9 pm on Sunday with Salman Khan hosting the
show and contestants one by entering the house. The inauguration day
will see Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar and the team of Comedy Nights
With Kapil adding glamour on the show.

However, the house of Bigg Boss, as per the theme, has been divided
into two sections – Heaven and Hell. Built in the area of 10,500 sq
feet, the Bigg Boss 7 house will depict the goodness of Heaven and
wickedness of Hell.

Designer Omung Kumar designed the house according to the theme. He
said, "The theme of the show is based on heaven and hell and the
challenge given to me was to create two extreme conditions under the
same roof. Following the brief, we created two different houses
illustrating Jannat and Jahannum. We have played around with colors,
patterns and have introduced quirky elements to justify heaven and
hell."

What the new the Bigg Boss house has this season?
Heaven
For the very first time in the history of Bigg Boss, the house
provides contestant with a clock in the living room. The ceiling of
the house, in one part, will be dome shaped to give a feel of the
heaven. Walls of the house will witness crazy writings on it.

Hell
Meanwhile the other part of the house will see beddings on floors as
there would be no comfort provided to the participants living in that
area. Even the food will be cooked on ground as there would be no
kitchen in that area. Even the loo in this part of the area will have
the Indian seat with a tap planted for manual water system.

Dilip Kumar admitted to Lilavati Hospital, condition stable

Legendary actor Dilip Kumar, who has served the Hindi film industry
for more than 50 years, was admitted to the Lilavati Hospital after
complaints of feeling unwell, said a source. However, the 90-year-old
actor is fine now.

"After the complaints of feeling unwell, Dilip Kumar was admitted to
the Lilavati Hospital. Currently he is going through a routine
checkup. We will be able to clear everything in this regard tomorrow.
But he is fine now," said the source.
Dilip Kumar was taken here for checkup at around 8:30 pm today.

The actor has delivered several amazing films and his contribution
towards the industry is incomparable. He has won the Filmfare award
for best acting eight
times in his ravishing career.

Shahid Kapoor: I wish I had done more films

After completing a decade in Bollywood, actor Shahid Kapoor is happy
with the way his career has shaped, but regrets not doing enough films
in the past
ten years.

The 32-year-old actor made his acting
debut in 2003 with the college drama Ishq Vishk and has so far starred
in just 20 films.

Shahid feels he should have presented
himself more often on the big screen to the audience, which in turn would have
catapulted him to greater success.

"The one mistake that I made was I did
very little work. I think that is not good. As an actor you need to go
out there, show yourself to the audience twice or thrice a year, at
least at this stage of my career.

"I am not 45. I am not at that stage where people have seen twenty
years of my work. So I feel it is important to keep
presenting yourself to the audience. There will be times they will
like you, there will be times they will not like the film. I have
learnt over ten years that films will come and go, but people must
like you. And therefore your performances must be
consistent," Shahid said.

Shahid's career so far has been defined by a collection of soaring
highs and dispiriting lows. He tasted success with his debut movie but
could not follow it up with his next films until Vivah in 2006.

His other successful outings have been
Imtiaz Ali's Jab We Met in 2007 and Vishal Bhardwaj's 2009 film
Kaminey, which is arguably Shahid's best performance till date.

"I have seen some very successful periods
and some very unsuccessful periods. But I
think it is most important to recognise that
you need to work with the right people.
You have to keep working without
changing who you are and how you are," Shahid said.

Hindi Horror Movies of 2013

Aatma - Starring Bipasha Basu and
Nawazuddin Siddiqui - this movie, which was released in March, tells
of a woman trying to save her daughter from the evil and possessive
ghost of her dead husband. The movie received mixed reviews - from
being not particularly frightening to being thrilling, ultimately
winning two stars by most reviewers.

Rise Of The Zombie - Even with such less
releases of horror movies, 2013 still saw
the release of the first Indian zombie
movie with 'Rise of the Zombie' -
directed, produced and acted in by Luke
Kenny of 'Rockstar' fame. A wildlife photographer gets ditched by his
girlfriend and he slowly starts becoming
a monster. Even with a limited release,
this movie won mixed to positive
reviews by critics.

Ek Thi Daayan - Released in April, 'Ek Thi
Daayan' had an impressive cast (Emraan
Hashmi, Kalki Koechlin and Konkona Sen
Sharma) - as well as positive review
from critics, although it did not go down
well with the audiences. Magic, repressed memory, hypnotism and the
supernatural come together in this film to make for one of the biggest
horror movies so far in 2013.

Horror Story - All set to release on
September 13, 'Horror Story' has been
directed by Vikram Bhatt and tells of
seven young people who decide to stay
at a haunted hotel one night just for fun.
The movie will see some relatively new faces - and sequels to the movie are
already in the offing, even before its
release. The posters and trailer look
fantastic - and so should the movie.

Ragini MMS 2 - The last horror movie this year is the sequel to the
2011 original
'Ragini MMS' - slated for an October
release. The talking point of this movie is
obviously Sunny Leone, who was
apparently paid one crore for her role -
and the trailer of the movie too is going to be released on September 13. Friday
the 13th seems to be auspicious for
horror movies, it seems.

With five movies for 2013, 2014 has only
one confirmed Bollywood horror flick -
Vikram Bhatt's 'Creature 3D' starring
Bipasha Basu and Imran Abbas Naqvi.

Ileana D'Cruz says, it is fun to work with Saif

Ileana D'Cruz, who debuted in Bollywood with Barfi, recently shot with
Saif Ali Khan for Happy Ending and says, it's fun to work with the
actor.

Directed by Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK, Happy Ending features Saif
and Ileana as the lead pair.

"I am working with Saif and it was not a conscious decision to work
with a Khan. It just happened. I read the script and I liked it. I am
having lots of fun on sets with Saif. It's so much fun to work with
Saif," Ileana said in a group interview.

"It's not even like I am working. It's fun on the sets. We have
finished a lot of the shooting," she added.

Before venturing into Hindi films, Ileana worked in the southern film
industry. She hasn't signed any new project down south, but asserts
that she will never quit it.

She said, "I don't think you can ever leave the southern film
industry, it's such a colourful film industry. It's very prominent.
Right now, I haven't signed anything, if I have something coming up I
will do it. I would not leave that industry."

Her next Hindi movie is with Shahid Kapoor and she calls it a crazy film.

"It's a crazy, mad film. I have never done such a film before.
Besides, Rajkumar Santoshi's comic timing is amazing. Nobody can match
him," she said.

Shahid's song reminds me of Govinda: Raveena Tondon

Bollywood actress Raveena Tandon, is in love with Tu mere agal bagal
hai and says, that the song, which features actor Shahid Kapoor,
reminds her of actor Govinda's tracks.

Raveena and Govinda acted in movies like Dulhe Raja (1998), Rajaji
(1999) and Sandwich (2006) and they featured in hit tracks like Kisi
disco mein jaye and Akhiyon se goli maare.

Television's popular reality show 'Bigg
Boss' is back for the seventh season
starting today September 15.

SalmanKhan, who returns as the host for the fourth time on the show,
